For some reasons, it is easy for us to link the ideological quality with lofty ideals and some great principles, which is of little real significance to salesmen.

In my contacts with salesmen, I am glad to see that most salesmen agree with the above statements, especially in the more standardized and effective enterprises. This is a great step forward.


Some customers also said: "the salesperson is responsible for his own enterprise and his products, that is, responsible for the customers". He also clearly says that he is "not accustomed to" many salesmen, and generally does not do business with such salesmen. These "unaccustomed" are mostly due to the salesmen's "conduct and personality" factors, and the bad arrangements of the enterprises represented by the salesmen.
